SHIPPING METHOD 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping charges are based on order value and location and are calculated during checkout.

WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We provide domestic and international shipping to over 240 countries. However, due to security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to military bases or APO's.

HOW DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND WHAT IS THE PRICING?

We provide international shipping to over 240 countries and rates are calculated during checkout. Shipping time will vary based on exact location. We are not responsible for duties ,vats or any other extra charge imposed by countries outside of the U.S.

SHIPPING TIME

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

After order was placed it will take 1-3 days to process, shipping time varies from 3-15 days for US customers and 10-30 days for international orders to be delivered (shipping time will depend on your exact location.) Most orders ship within a week.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, if you do not receive notification please check your spam folder before contacting Chadlonius Inc.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT TAKING SO LONG?

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Most orders ship within a week. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Chadlonius Inc. is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We use the latest encrypted SSL security to ensure that your credit card information is 100% protected. We accept payment thru many vendors and you can choose the most suitable one for you at checkout.

Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you by email or by telephone. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please note that we are only able to make change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us using our contact page within 24 hours after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT WAS PROCESSED?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
